It’s important to call and confirm the availability of your desired time and date, as well as keep in mind that if you need to cancel or change your appointment, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance.
All sales are final and there are no refunds. However, depending on the service being purchased and the specific stylist or technician you are booking, it may be possible to reschedule or receive a credit. This is entirely dependent on the availability of the stylist or technician and is something you can discuss with them directly.
