Our Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All items purchased from The New Face of Wealth International (NFOW) and New Face Global Network (NFGN) are non-refundable, although certain hair products such as hair extensions can be exchanged within 14 Days of purchase date if the product has not been used, damaged, chemically treated, colored, or altered in any shape, form, or fashion at the company’s discretion. Although not all hair extensions can be exchanged for the same exact item and price (additional fees may apply).
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from NFGN are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Once the carrier receives the package, it becomes their responsibility. Any questions must be directed toward the carrier or delivery services. In such instances NFGN is liable or responsible for any damages, delays, or failure of carrier’s ability to deliver the product or package.
Our Cancelation Policy
CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
Although membership is free, a member can cancel at anytime by simply submitting an email to support@newfaceglobalnetwork.com and stating they wish terminate their membership or any monthly subscriptions immediately. All subscriptions must be canceled BEFORE the billing date. Example: If a Member signs up or sets up an auto-ship on 9/1 and they want to cancel their October subscription, they must send in an email stating they wish cancel BEFORE 10/1. Failing to do so will result in your account being billed. NO REFUNDS will be issued if this is done after the subscriptions billing date- NO EXCEPTIONS.
